Diane has worked with numerous state and national organizations over the past 25 years, including the National Trust for Historic Preservation, North Carolina Estates, the North Carolina Division of Archives and History, the National American Studies Faculty, Legacy Farms and Ranches of North Carolina, and many others, and she has written for dozens of publications.

Her consulting specialties include fine architecture − historic homes, modernist residences and buildings, and properties suitable for conservation and preservation − and strategies for real estate marketing to well qualified buyers.

Distinctive Real Estate Capabilities

In North Carolina, Diane has represented for sale or purchase some of the most distinctive homes in the Piedmont Region and on the coast.  In Historic Hillsborough, for example, she has successfully marketed Pilgrim’s Rest, Tamarind, the Nash-Hooper House, the Whitted House, Twin Chimneys and Chatwood.  In Chapel Hill, Diane has facilitated the sales of the Hooper-Kyser House, the Greenlaw House and the Arthur Nash House.  On the North Carolina Outer Banks, she has marketed the Ellsworth and Lovie Balance House in Hatteras Village.
